Sagra della 'Nduja di Spilinga

The Sagra della 'Nduja di Spilinga is one of Calabria's best-known traditional food festivals. Spilinga is closely associated with the production of 'nduja, the region's spicy spreadable pork salume. During the festival, the historic centre fills with food stalls serving pasta, bruschetta, meatballs, vegetables and other dishes prepared with local 'nduja. The event also includes music, folklore and celebrations of the town's food culture. The 2026 event marks the festival's 50th edition.
