Founded in 1950, the Sagra della Porchetta di Ariccia celebrates the town's celebrated roast pork tradition. Porchetta producers serve freshly sliced porchetta in bread and alongside other Castelli Romani specialities. Streets and squares host food stalls, music, folk performances, children's entertainment and the traditional ceremonial distribution of porchetta.
