Learn Traditional Venetian Standing Rowing

Row Venice teaches visitors the traditional Venetian standing-rowing technique known as voga alla veneta. Rather than sitting passively in a gondola, participants learn how to balance and propel a traditional boat under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Private lessons use stable Venetian boats suitable for first-time rowers and operate throughout the year, subject to water and weather conditions.
