Pasqualetti Viticoltori

Pasqualetti Viticoltori is a family-run winery in Peccioli, in the hills of the Pisa province. The visit begins with a walk among the rows of vines beside the winery, where the family explains the grape varieties they grow and the viticulture techniques they use through the season. You then move into the cellar to see how the wine is made and aged, before sitting down to a tasting of three wines accompanied by bread and the estate's own extra virgin olive oil, chosen deliberately so nothing alters the palate. Visits are arranged directly with Laura Pasqualetti, who can complete your registration by phone. The winery is at Via Risorgimento 50 in Peccioli, an easy drive from Pisa, Volterra and the Valdera villages.
